About
Meet Larry Kesslin
Serial entrepreneur. TEDx speaker. Author. For Larry, every chapter has come back to the same idea — the right person, at the right time, can change everything.

Three decades. One thread running through all of it.
Larry Kesslin has spent more than thirty years as an entrepreneur, advisor, and coach. He's founded and grown companies, helped hundreds of leaders grow theirs, and built communities along the way. The common thread has always been the same — connection. Not networking. Real, intentional, person-to-person connection.
He's the author of The Joy Molecule: Unlock the Power of Connection and co-author of BreakPoints: Where Businesses Get Stuck and How They Get Unstuck. He's spoken on the TEDx stage and in front of audiences at IBM, Cisco, Avaya, EDPA, and Channel Partners — but he's just as comfortable in a room of ten as a room of a thousand.
Today, Larry lives in San Diego and serves as Chief Connector at 5 Dots Network — a curated community of growth-minded leaders building meaningful relationships across business, philanthropy, and spirituality. Through coaching, speaking, and the Society itself, his work is the same: helping people who've already achieved success find what was missing.
What makes Larry different
He doesn't sell programs or playbooks. He builds relationships, asks better questions, and helps the answers find you.
Right person, right time
Larry's superpower is pattern recognition between people — knowing who needs to meet whom, and when the timing is right to make it count.
Presence over performance
Less polish, more truth. The work moves faster when people stop performing their lives and start showing up as they actually are.
Frameworks you can use Monday
The Joy Molecule, the 5 Dots philosophy, the BreakPoints model — practical tools that translate from the conversation into real change.
Community as the multiplier
Real growth rarely happens alone. Larry builds rooms where leaders sharpen each other and relationships outlast the engagement.
