For over 30 years, I’ve been on a journey to build meaningful businesses and even more meaningful relationships. I’ve launched companies, authored books, and worked alongside hundreds of entrepreneurs and executives. But the thread that’s run through all of it—the part that’s never changed—is a passion for human connection.

I’ve come to believe that the quality of our lives is directly tied to the depth of our relationships. Business doesn’t have to be transactional. Work doesn’t have to be soul-draining. And success doesn’t have to come at the expense of peace or purpose. That belief is what led me to start 5 Dots—a platform for rethinking how we grow, work, and live.
